Known for its impressive hillside cascade of colorful stone buildings down to the Mediterranean shore, Amalfi is the cultural and commercial heart of southern Italy's Amalfi Coast.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Valle delle Ferriere and Amalfi Coast. Shop till you drop at Ceramiche D'Arte Pascal and Ceramiche d'Arte Carmela. Take a break from Amalfi with a short trip to Societa Agricola Tenuta San Francesco - S.R.L. in Tramonti, about 40 minutes away. A lovely town easily accessible from almost anywhere in the country, Sorrento overlooks the Bay of Naples and sits right on the Amalfi Drive.
