Unvanquished City
Called "Oporto" by many, the city of Porto along the Duoro River lent the country and Port wine their names. Portugal's second-largest metropolis dates back to the 4th century, representing both a rich cultural past and industrial present through its architecture and style.Dedicate the 3rd (Thu) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. There's still lots to do: snap pictures at Ponte de Dom Luis I, get into the urban bustle at Palacio da Bolsa, look for gifts at Livraria Lello, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Porto Cathedral (Se Catedral).

Nazaré is a town and a municipality in subregion Oeste and Leiria District, in Portugal.It is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Silver Coast/Costa de Prata, Portugal. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Nazare: Obidos (Castelo de Óbidos, Igreja de Santa Maria, &more).
