The capital of the Philippines and the "Pearl of the Orient," Manila truly resembles a gem: rough on the outside, but glittering within.
On the 19th (Thu), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at San Agustin Church, stop by Intramuros, then contemplate the long history of Fort Santiago, and finally examine the collection at Rizal Shrine. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: examine the collection at National Museum, then get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Manila Ocean Park, and then get great views at Malate Church.
