Singapore, Singapore to Tokyo is an approximately 10.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of flight, taxi, and train. The time zone changes from Singapore Time (SGT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 1 hour difference. In December, Tokyo is cooler than Singapore - with highs of 14°C and lows of 4°C. You'll have a few hours on the 18th (Wed) to wrap things up before traveling to Kyoto.
