A city lying on Tokyo Bay, Urayasu used to stand separate from the giant metropolis next door, but now, even though it belongs to another prefecture, it seems part of the capital.
Kids will enjoy Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. There's still lots to do: walk around Takasu Kaihin Park, take in the spiritual surroundings of Seiryu Shrine, visit Urayasu Sports Park Indoor And Swimming Pool, and browse the different shops at Ikspiari.

The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Start off your visit on the 19th (Tue): take in the spiritual surroundings of Kinkaku-ji, thenadmire nature's wide array of creatures at Monkey Park Iwatayama, thenexplore the historical opulence of Nijo Castle, and finally steep yourself in history at Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Here are some ideas for day two: contemplate the long history of Sanjusangendo Temple and then have some family-friendly fun at NINJA VR KYOTO.
