Surabaya, Indonesia to Tokyo is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from West Indonesia Time (WIB) to Japan Standard Time (JST) is 2 hours. Traveling from Surabaya in January, expect Tokyo to be colder, temps between 11°C and 1°C.
