On the 24th (Sun), explore the ancient world of Acropolis of Athens, then delve into the distant past at Ancient Agora of Athens, and then wander the streets of Plaka. A conglomeration of many distinct architectural styles, Rhodes Town is the biggest urban center of the eponymous Greek island known for its golden beaches and relaxed way of life.
Visit Medieval City and Mandraki Harbour for their historical value. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Agios Pavlos Beach and Agathi Beach. Get out of town with these interesting Rhodes Town side-trips: Lindos Beach (in Lindos) and Ancient Kamiros (in Kalavarda). There's much more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Tsambika Beach, step into the grandiose world of Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes, and get into the urban bustle at Kallithea Springs.
