Sao Paulo, Brazil to Rome is an approximately 15-hour combination of bus and flight. You can also do a combination of bus, flight, and train. The time zone changes from Brasilia Time to Central European Time, which is usually a 4 hour difference. Plan for somewhat warmer temperatures traveling from Sao Paulo in July, with highs in Rome at 37°C and lows at 24°C.
