A history spanning over a thousand years, vibrant nightlife, and a mix of Georgian and modern architecture make Dublin a popularĀ European tourist destination.
Get out of town with these interesting Dublin side-trips: Kilkenny (Kilkenny Castle & Go With The Flow - River Adventures), Curracloe Beach (in Curracloe) and The National 1798 Rebellion Centre (in Enniscorthy). Spend the 16th (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's much more to do: examine the collection at Kilmainham Gaol Museum, get the lay of the land with Walking tours, walk around Phoenix Park, and admire the landmark architecture of Saint Patrick's Cathedral.

Take the guesswork out of planning a Dublin vacation by using our trip itinerary maker.

If you are flying in from Brazil, the closest major airport is Dublin Airport. August in Dublin sees daily highs of 22°C and lows of 12°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 24th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
