Known as the "Stampede City" thanks to its world-famous annual rodeo, Calgary remains a tale of two cities.
Kick off your visit on the 9th (Tue): sample the tasty concoctions at Big Rock Brewery, look for all kinds of wild species at Inglewood Bird Sanctuary and Nature Centre, then examine the collection at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, and finally enjoy breathtaking views from Calgary Tower.
