Banja Luka, ) or Banjaluka is the largest city and the de facto capital of the Republika Srpska entity and second largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina after the capital Sarajevo. Start off your visit on the 16th (Sat): take in the spiritual surroundings of Mariastern Abbey. On the next day, explore the activities along Vrbas River, admire the sheer force of Pliva Waterfall, then admire the sheer force of Krupa Water Falls, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Ferhadija Mosque, and finally take in the exciting artwork at Republika Srpska Art Gallery.

Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Bascarsija and Old Sarajevo Clock Tower. Get a sense of the local culture at War Childhood Museum and Museum Of Crimes Against Humanity And Genocide 1992-1995. Change things up with a short trip to Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge in Visegrad (about 1h 55 min away).
