One of Europe's most relaxed and newest capital cities, Podgorica sits on the confluence of two rivers, with two sides of it offering two different options for exploring.
Get some cultural insight at Wine Tours & Tastings and Church Of Saint John. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Sutomore Beach and Lučica Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Podgorica: Petrovac (Church of the Prophet Elijah & Gradište Monastery) and Church of St. Petka (in Sutomore). And it doesn't end there: take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. George's Church, take in breathtaking views at Morača River Canyon, make a trip to Vladimir Vysotsky Monument, and appreciate the history behind Monument to A.S. Žabljak

A trip to Zabljak takes you to the north of the country, a mountainous region that's as steeped in great scenery and views as it is in history and culture.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Bobotov Kuk and Jablan Lake. Venture out of the city with trips to Plužine (Piva Canyon & Lake Piva). It doesn't end there: explore the activities along Zminje Lake and pause for some photo ops at Monument to the Heroes and Partizans of World War II.
