Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Tue): pause for some serene contemplation at Intercontinental Church Society, make a trip to Mountaineers' Cemetery, see the interesting displays at Matterhorn Museum - Zermatlantis, then explore the striking landscape at Gorner Gorge, then take in the awesome beauty at The Matterhorn, and finally make a trip to Kapelle Winkelmatten "Zur Heiligen Familie".
