Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Get a sense of the local culture at Dubrovnik City Walls and Old Town. Rector's Palace and The Franciscan Church and Monastery will appeal to history buffs. There's lots more to do: step off the mainland to explore Lokrum Island, pause for some serene contemplation at Church of Saint Blaise, add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, and identify plant and animal life at Zarkovica Animal Shelter.

Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Fornillo and Marina di Praia Beach.
