Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.
Visit El Barri Gòtic and Basilica of the Sagrada Familia for their historical value. Do your shopping at La Boqueria and Passeig de Gracia. Spend the 7th (Tue) among aquatic life with a scuba or snorkeling tour. There's lots more to do: walk around Parc Guell, stroll through Barceloneta Beach, pause for some photo ops at Casa Mila - La Pedrera, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Barcelona Cathedral.
