Built on seven hills, Lisbon has experienced a renaissance in recent years, making it the cultural star of Portugal.
Explore hidden gems such as Castelo dos Mouros and Ponte 25 de Abril. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Avenida da Liberdade and Museu Calouste Gulbenkian. Step out of Lisbon with an excursion to Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra--about 36 minutes away.
