Toronto, Canada to Sintra is an approximately 10.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of ferry and flight; or do a combination of shuttle and flight. The time zone difference moving from Eastern Standard Time to Western European Time is 5 hours. Expect a bit warmer weather when traveling from Toronto in September: highs in Sintra hover around 32°C, while lows dip to 19°C.
