Newport

A town that survives on the sea, Newport's population of just over 10,000 supports a healthy commercial fishing industry.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Oregon Coast Aquarium and Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area. Get out of town with these interesting Newport side-trips: Lincoln City Glass Center (in Lincoln City) and Yachats (Smelt Sands State Park, Yachats State Park, &more). The city of Tillamook is the county seat of Tillamook County, Oregon, United States. Attractions like Oswald West State Park and Hug Point State Recreation Site make great kid-friendly stops.
