Tijuana is the largest city in Baja California and on the Baja California Peninsula and center of the Tijuana metropolitan area, part of the international San Diego–Tijuana metropolitan area. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Rosarito Beach and Playas de Tijuana. Xecue Vinicola and Bodegas de Santo Tomas are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Venture out of the city with trips to Valle de Guadalupe (Finca La Carrodilla, Monte Xanic, & more) and Scuba & Snorkeling (in Ensenada). There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT).

Kick off your visit on the 17th (Tue): explore the ancient world of Zona Arqueologica de Palenque, admire the sheer force of Cascadas de Misol-Ha, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Playas de Catazaja. On the next day, admire the sheer force of Cascada de Roberto Barrios, then admire the sheer force of Agua Azul Waterfalls, and then make a trip to Iglesia Santo Domingo.
