Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes JAPANiCAN - Tsukiji Outer Fish Market and Sushi Workshop, Ikspiari and Odaiba. Ginza and Asakusa are good opportunities to explore the local culture. When in Tokyo, make a side trip to see Tokyo DisneySea in Maihama, approximately 30 minutes away. Have a day of magic on the 1st (Wed) at Tokyo Disneyland.

You can take a train from Tokyo to Hakone-machi in 2 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Traveling by train from Hakone-machi to Kyoto takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of flight and train. When traveling from Hakone-machi in April, plan for a bit warmer days in Kyoto, with highs around 22°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 11°C.
