Easily accessible via a 15-minute train ride from Tokyo, Kawasaki features a modern, industrialized waterfront, as well as a couple of quirky attractions.
Start off your visit on the 2nd (Wed): see the interesting displays at Fujiko F Fujio Museum and then explore the world behind art at Ghibli Museum Mitaka. On the 3rd (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: contemplate the long history of Hase-dera Temple, wander the streets of Yokohama Chinatown, and then kick back and relax at Futtsu Beach.

Singapore, Singapore to Kawasaki is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry.
