Singapore, Singapore to Hiroshima is an approximately 10- hour combination of subway and flight. You can also do a combination of subway, flight, and train; or do a combination of subway, flight, bus, and train. Head to Dotombori District and Jikko Japanese Knife Shop Namba Skyofor plenty of shopping. Himeji Castle and Osaka Castle will appeal to history buffs. Take a break from Osaka with a short trip to Todaiji Temple Cultural Center in Nara, about 34 minutes away. There's still lots to do: find something for the whole family at Universal Studios Japan and observe the fascinating underwater world at Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan.
