Step out of the city life by going to Yonehara Beach and Sukuji Bathing Beach. Ishigaki Yaima Village and Nei Museum of Art will appeal to museum buffs. Start off your visit on the 26th (Thu): enjoy the sand and surf at Sunayama Beach and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Yonaha Maehama Beach. On the 27th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: enjoy the sand and surf at Aragusuku Beach, stroll through Hora Gyoko no Hama Beach, and then kick back and relax at Tomori Imugya Beach.

Visit Nijo Castle and Sanjusangendo Temple for their historical value. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Gion and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Venture out of the city with trips to Nara (Todaiji Temple Cultural Center & Nara Park). Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi, flight, tram, and train; or do a combination of taxi, flight, bus, and train.
