Traveling from Mexico City in October, expect a bit warmer with lows of 18°C in Tokyo. Cap off your sightseeing on the 14th (Wed) early enough to travel to Nagasaki.

Start off your visit on the 15th (Thu): stroll around Nabekanmuriyama Park, take in nature's colorful creations at Glover Garden, see the interesting displays at Dejima, get engrossed in the history at Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, then walk around Nagasaki Peace Park, and finally make a trip to Hypocenter of Atomic Bombing. Keep things going the next day: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sōfuku-ji Temple, walk around Nagao Castle Park, take in the awesome beauty at Mt. Inasa, then step off the mainland to explore Hashima Island, and finally kick back and relax at Takahama Beach.
