Eilat

At the northern extreme of the Red Sea sits Eilat, a resort town popular with domestic and international tourists.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Dolphin Reef and Princess Beach. Step out of the city life by going to Timna Park and Scuba & Snorkeling. Take a break from Eilat with a short trip to Ramon Crater in Mitspe Ramon, about 2 hours away. There's lots more to do: explore the gorgeous colors at Coral Beach Nature Reserve, get your game on at Darkness - Israel's Biggest Haunted House, browse the different shops at Ice Mall Eilat, and enjoy the sand and surf at Aqua Beach.

You can do a combination of bus and flight from Tiberias to Eilat in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus, train, and flight; or take a bus. In April, Eilat is somewhat warmer than Tiberias - with highs of 38°C and lows of 22°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 18th (Wed) so you can travel to Herzliya.

Traveling by bus from Herzliya to Jerusalem takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train. Traveling from Herzliya in April, you will find days in Jerusalem are somewhat warmer (30°C), and nights are about the same (16°C). On the 24th (Tue), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
