Venture out of the city with trips to Room Escape Games (in Annemasse), Vitam (in Neydens) and Talloires (Le Col de la Forclaz & Eglise Saint-Germain l'Ermitage). Get out of town with these interesting Morzine side-trips: Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval (Le Cirque du Fer a Cheval, Cascade du Rouget, & more), Yvoire (Jardin des Cinq Sens & Visite d'Yvoire) and Samoens (Popcorn Vintage & Jardin alpin La Jaysinia). "Situated near the massive peaks of the Aiguilles Rouges and, most notably, the Aiguille du Midi, Chamonix is one of the oldest ski resorts in France and known as the Alpine Capital of the World.
Change things up with a short trip to Base de Loisirs du Lac de Passy in Passy (about 54 minutes away). The adventure continues: stroll through Aiguille du Midi, take in the awesome beauty at Brevent Cable Car, make a trip to Glacier des Bossons, and let the river carry you with a rafting and tubing tour.
