Step off the beaten path and head to Convento Santa Clara and Centro Cultural La Azotea. Traveling from Coban in January, expect Flores to be a bit warmer, temps between 28°C and 20°C. On the 14th (Sat), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Santa Elena.
