Geneva brings the world to one small city with a huge expat population and the highest number of international organizations in any one city.
Explore Geneva's surroundings by going to Montreux (Montreux Lakeside & Freddie Mercury Statue), Chateau de Chillon (in Veytaux) and Chaplin's World (in Corsier-sur-Vevey). Often described as the city of laptops and lederhosen, Munich is an international center of business, engineering, research, and medicine that still maintains a rich cultural heritage and age-old traditions.
Explore Munich's surroundings by going to Rathaus (in Kaufbeuren), Schloss Hohenschwangau (in Hohenschwangau) and Schloss Neuschwanstein (in Schwangau). There's still lots to do: engage your brain at Deutsches Museum, make a trip to Marienplatz, admire the masterpieces at Alte Pinakothek, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Peter's Church.
