Los Angeles, USA to Paris is an approximately 14-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight. You can take a train from Paris to Reims in an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Paris in May, plan for slightly colder nights in Reims, with lows around 7°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Wed) so you can catch the train to Epernay.

Best known for its Champagne production, Épernay is a small town featuring several famous brands, including Moët & Chandon, that have been aged in the miles of tunneled cellars carved from chalk rock beneath the town.
Kick off your visit on the 28th (Thu): make a trip to Avenue de Champagne and then do a tasting at Paul-Etienne Saint Germain.

The allure of the multi-cultural capital, Brussels, stems from its mix of political intrigue, artistic influence, historical significance, and a thriving social scene.
Start off your visit on the 30th (Sat): find something for the whole family at Mini-Europe, then see the interesting displays at Atomium, and then see the interesting displays at Belgian Comic Strip Center. Here are some ideas for day two: examine the collection at Musical Instruments Museum (MIM), make a trip to Hôtel de Ville de Bruxelles, then contemplate the long history of Grand Place, then pause for some photo ops at Manneken Pis, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral (Cathedrale St-Michel et Ste-Gudule).

Getting from Ghent to Brussels by train takes about an hour. Other options: take a bus; or drive. In May in Brussels, expect temperatures between 19°C during the day and 8°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 1st (Mon) so you can travel to Valletta.

Valletta is known for historic sites, parks, and museums. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: Head underground at Blue Grotto (Il-Hnejja), admire the masterpieces at Casa Rocca Piccola, learn about all things military at Fort St Elmo - National War Museum, and admire the landmark architecture of St. John's Co-Cathedral.

You can fly from Brussels to Valletta in 6 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or do a combination of train, bus, and ferry. Traveling from Brussels in June, things will get a bit warmer in Valletta: highs are around 33°C and lows about 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Thu) to allow time to travel to Paris.
