Get out of town with these interesting Marbella side-trips: Museo Picasso Malaga (in Malaga), Galeria Martin & Reich (in Fuengirola) and Torremolinos (Playa La Carihuela & Playa El Bajondillo). Toronto, Canada to Marbella is an approximately 13-hour combination of ferry and flight. You can also fly; or do a combination of flight and train. Traveling from Toronto to Marbella, you'll lose 6 hours due to the time zone difference. Plan for somewhat warmer temperatures traveling from Toronto in July, with highs in Marbella at 36°C and lows at 24°C. Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.
Your inner history buff will appreciate Baños Arabes and Iglesia de Ntra. Sra. de la Paz. Head to Scott Simpson Fine Art and Bodegas Cortijo Morosantofor plenty of shopping. Take a bus from Marbella to Ronda in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. While traveling from Marbella, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Ronda, ranging from highs of 41°C to lows of 22°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Fri) so you can catch the train to Antequera.

On the 18th (Sat), look for all kinds of wild species at El Torcal de Antequera, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at El Carmen Church, then steep yourself in history at Alcazaba de Antequera, and finally steep yourself in history at Dolmen de Menga. On your second day here, make a trip to Dolmenes de Antequera, then look for all kinds of wild species at Lobo Park, then see the interesting displays at Museo de Usos y Costumbres San Benito, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios.

Take a train from Ronda to Antequera in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. When traveling from Ronda in July, plan for slightly colder days and about the same nights in Antequera: temperatures range from 36°C by day to 24°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to Nerja.

Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Playa de la Cala el Canuelo and Río Chíllar. We've included these beaches for you: Burriana Beach and Playa de la Alberquilla.
