Cape Town— 14 nights
Sweeping beaches, towering hilltops, and picturesque vineyards adorn the landscape of Cape Town, dominated by the imposing Table Mountain. You'll get in some beach time at Voelklip Beach and Grotto Beach. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at West Coast Fossil Park and Platteklip Gorge. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Cape Town: Stony Point Penguin Colony (in Betty's Bay), Lynx Wines (in Wemmershoek) and Honingklip Brewery & Restaurant (in Botrivier). Dedicate the 15th (Mon) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. Next up on the itinerary: stop by Watershed, learn about winemaking at Waterford Estate, admire all the interesting features of Cape of Good Hope, and enjoy the sand and surf at Bloubergstrand Beach.
