Civita is a hilltown and comune in the province of Cosenza in the Calabria region of southern Italy. Museum-lovers will appreciate Museo della Liquirizia "Giorgio Amarelli" and Museo delle Icone e della Tradizione Bizantina. Take a break from the city and head to Setteventi del Pollino and River Rafting & Tubing. Go for a jaunt from Civita to Corigliano Calabro to see Orofino about 58 minutes away. There's more to do: snap pictures at Il ponte del diavolo and pause for some serene contemplation at Chiesa di S. Maria Assunta.

Scilla is a town and comune in Calabria, Italy, administratively part of the Province of Reggio Calabria. Step out of the city life by going to Costa Viola in Barca and Lido Chianalea Scilla 1992. Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Reggio Calabria and Cattedrale di Gerace are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Scilla: Cattedrale Santuario Maria Ss. Annunziata (in Oppido Mamertina), Santuario della Madonna della Montagna (in San Luca) and Giglio Home Fashion (in Siderno Marina). Visit The Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola and Piedigrotta Church for their historical value. There's more to do: kick back and relax at Capo Vaticano and tour the pleasant surroundings at Spiaggia di Riaci.

Drive from Scilla to Tropea in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train. Traveling from Scilla in June, Tropea is little chillier at night with lows of 20°C. On the 17th (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
