Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad and Elephant Island Orchard Wines are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Step out of the city life by going to Lake Okanagan and Kettle Valley Steam Railway. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Penticton: Kangaroo Creek Farm (in Lake Country), Mission Hill Family Estate Winery (in West Kelowna) and Kelowna (Waterskiing & Jetskiing & Zipline).
