Once a sleepy little fishing village, Brighton is a modern seaside town known for its Asian architecture and a large gay community.
Kick off your visit on the 15th (Mon): get a taste of the local shopping with North Laine, then admire the striking features of Royal Pavilion, then look for gifts at Gustamps, and finally get a taste of the local shopping with The Lanes. You can do a combination of train, flight, and bus from Brighton to Isle of Skye in 9 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train, bus, and flight; or drive. While traveling from Brighton, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Isle of Skye, ranging from highs of 11°C to lows of 4°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 19th (Fri) early enough to travel to Gairloch.

Gairloch is a village, civil parish and community on the shores of Loch Gairloch in Wester Ross, in the North-West Highlands of Scotland. Lochinver is a village on the coast in the Assynt district of Sutherland, Highland, Scotland. On the 22nd (Mon), enjoy the sand and surf at Clachtoll Beach Campsite, enjoy the sand and surf at Achmelvich Beach, and then identify plant and animal life at Little Assynt Estate.
