A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
Your inner history buff will appreciate Catedral de Sevilla and Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Royal Alcázar of Seville and Barrio Santa Cruz are good opportunities to explore the local culture. There's still lots to do: admire the striking features of Plaza de España, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Eglise du Divin Sauveur, awaken your taste buds at some of the top wineries in the area, and learn about all things military at Torre del Oro.

Buenos Aires, Argentina to Seville is an approximately 18.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of ferry and flight. Andalucía’s thousand-year-old city, Córdoba, was once the capital of both the Roman Empire and the Moorish Kingdom, representing an alluring mix of cultural and political history.
Kick off your visit on the 21st (Sat): pause for some serene contemplation at Parroquia de la Trinidad, take in the spiritual surroundings of Mezquita Cathedral de Cordoba, then take in the views from Roman Bridge, then wander the streets of Jewish Quarter (Juderia), and finally contemplate the long history of Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos.

Traveling by train from Seville to Cordoba takes an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. While traveling from Seville, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Cordoba, ranging from highs of 38°C to lows of 19°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 21st (Sat) early enough to take a train to Ronda.
