A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.

Get some historical perspective at Plaza de España and Royal Alcázar of Seville. Take a break from the city and head to Nature & Wildlife Tours and Stand-Up Paddleboarding. Barcelona to Seville is an approximately 4-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. When traveling from Barcelona in June, plan for somewhat warmer days in Seville, with highs around 35°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Wed) to allow time to take a train to Cordoba.

Getting from Seville to Cordoba by train takes about 1.5 hours. Other options: drive; or take a bus. Expect a bit warmer weather when traveling from Seville in June: highs in Cordoba hover around 40°C, while lows dip to 19°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Thu) so you can catch the train to Ronda.

Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.

Museum-lovers will get to explore Museo Lara and Scott Simpson Fine Art. Get in touch with nature at El Tajo de Ronda and Reservatauro Ronda. Step out of Ronda with an excursion to Las Vistillas: Ceramica Tradicional y Museo Etnografico in Coin--about 54 minutes away. There's much more to do: take in the views from Puente Nuevo, explore the ancient world of Baños Arabes, see the interesting displays at Museo Peinado, and do a tasting at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo.

Getting from Cordoba to Ronda by train takes about 2.5 hours. Other options: drive. While traveling from Cordoba, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Ronda, ranging from highs of 37°C to lows of 19°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 10th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Estepona.

Estepona is a town and municipality in the comarca of the Costa del Sol, southern Spain. On the 11th (Tue), explore the different monuments and memorials at Casares Cemetery and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Riding Fun In The Sun.

Traveling from Ronda in June, expect nights in Estepona to be about the same, around 22°C, while days are a bit cooler, around 29°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 11th (Tue) early enough to go by car to Nerja.

Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Bodegas Bentomiz and Museo de Nerja. Visit Ermita de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios and Church of El Salvador for their historical value. Traveling from Estepona in June, expect nights in Nerja to be little chillier, around 17°C, while days are a bit warmer, around 33°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 14th (Fri) early enough to travel back home.
