Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.

Get outdoors at Castel Plage and Plage Mala. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Paloma Beach and Coco Beach. London, UK to Nice is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or do a combination of car and train. The time zone changes from Greenwich Mean Time to Central European Standard Time, which is usually a 1 hour difference. Prepare for a bit warmer weather when traveling from London in July: high temperatures in Nice hover around 32°C and lows are around 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 5th (Mon) so you can drive to Saint-Raphael.

Traveling by car from Nice to Saint-Raphael takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or do a combination of bus and train. Traveling from Nice in July, Saint-Raphael is little chillier at night with lows of 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Sat) to allow time to drive to Saint-Tropez.

Saint-Tropez is a town, 100km west of Nice, in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southeastern France. Get outdoors at Plage de Pampelonne and Plage de l'Estagnol. Relax by the water at Plage de Gigaro and Heraclee Beach. Get out of town with these interesting Saint-Tropez side-trips: Bormes-Les-Mimosas (Scuba & Snorkeling & Chapelle Saint-Francois-de-Paule). There's still lots to do: kick back and relax at Port Grimaud 1 Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Plage des Graniers, head outdoors with Sentier du Littoral, and make a trip to Chapelle Sainte-Anne.

You can drive from Saint-Raphael to Saint-Tropez in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. When traveling from Saint-Raphael in July, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Saint-Tropez: temperatures range from 38°C by day to 20°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Wed) so you can travel back home.
