You can take a train from Casablanca to Rabat in 1.5 hours. Another option is to drive. Cap off your sightseeing on the 1st (Fri) early enough to travel to Essaouira.

Getting from Rabat to Essaouira by combination of train and flight takes about 4.5 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of train and bus.
