You can drive from Ein Bokek to Eilat in 3 hours. Other options are to take a bus; or do a combination of bus and flight. May in Eilat sees daily highs of 42°C and lows of 26°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 25th (Sat) so you can travel to Haifa.

Traveling by combination of flight, bus, and train from Eilat to Haifa takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and train; or take a bus. Expect a bit cooler temperatures when traveling from Eilat in May; daily highs in Haifa reach 31°C and lows reach 23°C. On the 29th (Wed), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
