Kick off your visit on the 9th (Wed): take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Vincent's Church, contemplate the long history of Cathar Castles, then pause for some serene contemplation at Eglise Saint-Nazaire, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Cité de Carcassonne, and finally do a tasting at Domaine Rose et Paul. On the 10th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the striking features of Cathedrale St-Just, explore the historical opulence of Chateau Comtal, then get to know the fascinating history of La Cite Medievale, and finally learn about winemaking at O'Vineyards.
