Head to Valmontone Outlet and Caseificio Campo Felicefor plenty of shopping. Get out of town with these interesting L'Aquila side-trips: Villa d'Este (in Tivoli), Museo Etnografico Genti della Laga (in Torricella Sicura) and Cascata delle Marmore (in Marmore).
