A tiny settlement on Vancouver Island's wild western coastline, surfers' favorite Tofino occupies a scenic location at the edge of Clayoquot Sound, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Take a break from the city and head to Cox Bay Beach and Fishing Charters & Tours. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Clayoquot Sound and Walk the Wild Side Trail. Venture out of the city with trips to Ucluelet (Thornton Creek Hatchery & Florencia Bay).
