Geneva brings the world to one small city with a huge expat population and the highest number of international organizations in any one city.
Visit Maison Tavel and Archeological Site at St. Pierre's Cathedral for their historical value. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Collection de l'Art Brut and Queen Studio Experience. When in Geneva, make a side trip to see Corniche Lavaux Vineyards in Montreux, approximately 1h 25 min away. There's still lots to do: get a new perspective on nature at Museum of Natural History (Museum d'Histoire naturelle), examine the collection at International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum, take an in-depth tour of Musee d'Art Et d'Histoire, and wander the streets of Vieux-Carouge.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Geneva is an approximately 18-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone difference when traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Geneva is minus 7 hours. In February, Geneva is cooler than Kuala Lumpur - with highs of 7°C and lows of 0°C. Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Ski Service and Fondation Pierre Gianadda. Get some historical perspective at Chateau de Tourbillon and Roemisch-katholische Kirche Tasch. Venture out of the city with trips to Lauterbrunnen (Lauterbrunnen Village & Lauterbrunnen Valley Waterfalls) and Maennlichen (in Grindelwald). And it doesn't end there: stroll through Matterhorn Ski Paradise, examine the collection at Matterhorn Museum - Zermatlantis, explore the different monuments and memorials at Mountaineers' Cemetery, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Kleine Scheidegg.

Start off your visit on the 11th (Tue): get engrossed in the history at Basel Historical Museum - Barfuesserkirche, see the interesting displays at Basel Paper Mill Museum, then explore the world behind art at Fondation Beyeler, and finally admire the masterpieces at Jean Tinguely Museum. Start off your visit on the 13th (Thu): explore the historical opulence of Munot, then wander the streets of Niederdorf, and then kick back and relax at Wyden Badi.
