Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Seattle: Pacific Bonsai Museum (in Federal Way), Washington State History Museum (in Tacoma) and ILovekickboxing (in Kirkland). Dedicate the 14th (Wed) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area.
