Nyhavn and Amalienborg will appeal to history buffs. Do some cultural sightseeing at Rosenborg Castle and Stroeget. Start off your visit on the 6th (Sun): take in the spiritual surroundings of Kamppi Chapel of Silence, take an in-depth tour of Seurasaari Island and Open-Air Museum, admire the landmark architecture of Helsinki Central Railway Station, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Uspenskin Cathedral (Uspenskin Katedraali), then deepen your knowledge of military history at Sea Fortress Suomenlinna, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Helsinki Cathedral.
