Museum-lovers will appreciate Tokyo National Museum and Edo-Tokyo Museum. For shopping fun, head to Ginza or Asakusa. Go for a jaunt from Tokyo to Mitaka to see Ghibli Museum Mitaka about 38 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: take in the spiritual surroundings of Senso-ji Temple, visit Odaiba District, get a sense of history and politics at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, and take a stroll through Akihabara.
