A physical and cultural bridge between Europe and Asia, the transcontinental city of Istanbul serves as a living reminder of the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman empires.

Geneva brings the world to one small city with a huge expat population and the highest number of international organizations in any one city.
Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Mon): admire the landmark architecture of Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre and then contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Geneva. On the 3rd (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: see the interesting displays at International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum, then get a sense of history and politics at Palais des Nations, Genève, then admire the local landmark of The Geneva Water Fountain, and finally see the interesting displays at Patek Philippe Museum.

Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Istanbul to Geneva.
