Porto Alegre, Brazil to Haifa is an approximately 20-hour combination of flight and car. You can also do a combination of bus, flight, and car. Traveling by combination of train and flight from Haifa to Eilat takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. Traveling from Haifa in August, expect nights in Eilat to be about the same, around 33°C, while days are somewhat warmer, around 47°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 20th (Tue) early enough to catcht the bus to Dimona.

Dimona is an Israeli city in the Negev desert, 36km to the south of Beersheba and 35km west of the Dead Sea above the Arava valley in the Southern District of Israel.
