The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Frauenkirche and Procession of Princes. Get out of town with these interesting Munich side-trips: Schloss Linderhof (in Ettal) and Partnachklamm (in Garmisch-Partenkirchen).
