A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
On the 10th (Wed), get great views at Seville Cathedral. On the 11th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the striking features of Plaza de Espana, steep yourself in history at Real Fabrica de Tabacos, explore the ancient world of Archaeological Ensemble of Italica, then contemplate the long history of Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, and finally make a trip to Plaza del Triunfo.

Rota to Seville is an approximately 1.5-hour car ride. In October, daily temperatures in Seville can reach 78°F, while at night they dip to 61°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Fri) so you can drive to Granada.

Start off your visit on the 13th (Sat): steep yourself in history at Alhambra and then take in breathtaking views at Los Cahorros. Keep things going the next day: get to know the fascinating history of Mirador de San Nicolas, take a stroll through Sacromonte, then wander the streets of Albayzin, and finally tour the pleasant surroundings at Generalife.

Drive from Seville to Granada in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Seville in October, expect a bit cooler with lows of 54°F in Granada. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Mon) early enough to drive to Nerja.

Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. Kick off your visit on the 15th (Mon): Head underground at Fundación Cueva de Nerja, then stroll through Playa El Salon, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Church of El Salvador. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: stroll through Playa de la Alberquilla, don't miss a visit to Balcon de Europa, and then kick back and relax at Burriana Beach.
